# Issue with SST Console Email Verification

I’m unable to access the SST Console due to verification code delivery issues. When attempting to sign in with my [email](mailto:andrew@colossum.io), the system prompts for a verification code but I never receive the email containing the code. I’ve checked spam and all other email folders.

As it turned out there was a bad entry in our mx records. Disregard this post please.
