Dear forum - from beginner

Hi, I came this far, but then I dont get the right things to happen:
serverless invoke local --function create --path mocks/create-event.json

I am in Finland and I am setting the region to my best understanding, but I havent found a way to check if this setting is the show stopper for me.

Does anyone have an advice on this forum? Thanks!
