Hi. I think that deploying frontend with cloudformation would be better.

Is there a recommended way to manage the deployment of the frontend on AWS using Seed and Serverless Framework?

Right now there isn’t a great solution for this. But soon Seed will support the Serverless Framework Website component and that should help.
