Follow client side tutorial without my own amazon account?

as of now i have no way of availing amazon free tier because i have no credit card and it’s processing. I wish to follow the tutorial on the client side(finished backend but can’t deploy) but my question is, can i do it? do you have endpoints for anyone who want to proceed with the tutorial without own amazon console access?
