i am on this page.

Please help me understand this error. I am in Seed and have connected and configured my account. and deployed dev/prod versions.
When I click on ‘Edit Custom Domains’ and next to the prod or dev endpoints I try to click ‘Add’ and I get this error .
’The IAM credentials don’t have permission to Route 53. Please check the premissions and try again.'

what IAM credential should I be looking at ? which user. which group. Do I set this in serverless.yml file ?
