403 error again, Sorry!

I have an issue where I have followed the tutorial. Notes are getting uploaded but it comes up with 403 error when I attach a file in the app. I have tried the suggested solutions including “/” with invoke API url but it isnt working. I have tried deleting and remaking both the bucket and the federated ID pool.
this is the error. I used the IAM policy simulator and it said should be able to work. Any ideas? I am this close to throwing my computer out the window :smiley:

I knew it would do this. Went to eat my dinner, came back and it was working. Appears it can take a few minutes for changes to filter through aws system!
