What do you think that is the best practise and easier way to develop. Dynamodb local or deploy dynamodb. And why?
I personally prefer connecting to the real Dynamo. Avoids any compatibility issues. Also Dynamo can be run in a serverless mode, so cost shouldn’t be an issue.
